Analysis Influence Of Individual Characteristic To Development Of Career Officer At Office District Of Samarinda North Town of Samarinda. This Research aim to to know do Individual Characteristic have pegaruh which are positive to Development Of Career Officer At Office District Of Samarinda North Town of Samarinda. Result of research indicate that there are relation which are positive and signifikan between Individual Characteristic variable with variable Development Of Career Officer At Office District Of Samarinda North Town of Samarinda. This Matter can know from result of statistical test where correlation coefficient ( r) is equal to 0.562 meaning there are relation which is among both variable. Meanwhile result of test of t ( t-test) indicate that empirical t the yielded is equal to 3.660. This result in comparison with the tables of critical prices of t for n – 2 is 1.692. This means there are influence of positive yg and signifikan between Individual Characteristic variable to Development Of Career Officer. Thereby hence can be told also that target of this research can reach, problems can be solved and hypothesis can be proved.
