ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN ORDER TO REFORM BUREAUCRACY

Organizational culture is all characteristic showing personality an pregnant organization of value system, habit and trust in an organization which interact with existing formal system structure to yield behavioral norms of organization. Developing cultural and behavioral ethics of organization will support effectively in order to execution of bureaucracy reform. On that account organizational culture give big influence to efficacy of bureaucracy reform. In bureaucracy reform, cultural model which woke up at least have to have three characteristic, that is strength, dynamic and adaptive.
